Now in beta

Missed calls don't have to mean lost jobs.

When you can't pick up, DialHello texts the customer back in seconds. When the job's done, it asks for a Google review on its own. No apps, no dashboards, nothing new to learn.

Built for garage door techs, plumbers, HVAC pros, electricians, and locksmiths

How it works

Two things, running in the background

You keep doing the job. DialHello handles the follow-up so nothing slips through the cracks.

Missed call text-back

Your phone rings, you're under a sink or up a ladder, and you can't grab it. Within seconds, that customer gets a text saying you got their call and you'll be in touch. Most of them will just text back right there instead of calling the next guy on the list.

Review automation

Once a job's marked done, DialHello waits a bit and then sends a short text asking how it went, with a link to leave a Google review. No spreadsheets, no reminders on your end. It just happens, job after job.

Why it matters

Every missed call is a customer calling someone else

Trade businesses run on the phone. When it goes to voicemail, most people just move to the next search result.

$126,000

The average trade business loses this much a year in missed-call business, according to industry call-tracking data.

85%

of callers who hit voicemail won't call back. They just try the next business on the list.

3x

more reviews come in when the ask happens automatically right after the job, not weeks later.

FAQ

Questions we get a lot

Nope. DialHello works alongside the number you already give customers. We just plug into how calls are already coming in — nothing to swap out or print on new business cards.
That's fine. Most of our customers come from a scheduling tool or a CRM that doesn't handle missed calls or reviews well. DialHello runs alongside whatever you're already using — it just fills the gap.
Usually about 15 minutes on a call with us. We handle the setup — you just tell us how you want the texts to sound and when you want review requests sent out.
You get it right away, same as a normal text message. DialHello starts the conversation — the second a customer replies, it's just you and them from there.
The first text is short and simple, sent under your business name — it reads like a normal reply, not a bot script. Once someone responds, you're the one talking to them.
